Dawn Colquhoun

Dawn Colquhoun has been with the Office of Boating Safety for 20 years. She started by building databases for the branch and is currently the Manager of the Office of Boating Safety (OBS), ON Region. Her extended family has a small boat building business and are avid boaters.

Sgt.Dave Moffatt
Ontario Provincial Police, Provincial Marine Coordinator, Highway Safety Division
Sgt. Dave Moffatt has been a member of the Ontario Provincial Police for over 25 years. He became a Marine Officer in 2000 and became heavily involved in Marine Safety in Ontario’s cottage country, the Muskoka Lakes. In 2018, he became the Provincial Marine Coordinator for the Ontario Provincial Police and looks after the Marine program within the OPP as well as liaises with the Federal Government regarding marine legislation.
